#FitnessJourney: 2 more weeks until the race!

I haven’t been so good at keeping my words lately… 😦

I didn’t do last Sunday’s run and didn’t run on Thursday.

My excuse… I was exhausted…

Dietwise… not so great either… I have been buying drinks over the weekend when I wanted to stop until my race…

I am not proud of myself. I am not sure what’s wrong with me, I have been so good until a few weeks ago…

However, I did run a 10 km today to test myself and I did it in a record time! 1 hour!! 

This is the best time I ever did for a 10 km. I must say, with the temperature outside getting more bearable, it helps a lot.

This weekend was the last time I run that long. There are 2 more weeks left before the race and it will get easier from now.

I feel confident that I can finish the race and hopefully, if the weather work with me, I will have a new PR.

Let’s hope for the best. 🙂
